Our Solution

Norwegian nature as design language—fjord blues and aurora greens create calm. Conversational flow with progress indicators and immediate feedback. Zero loading screens.

The Outcome

The Challenge

Geography education tools are either too slow (flashcards) or too gamified (losing educational rigor). The challenge was creating genuine engagement without sacrificing learning outcomes.

Our Solution

We built a three-phase scoring system: instant grace period for confident answers, gradual time pressure, then penalties. SVG maps load instantly via edge workers. No frameworks, no bloat—pure HTMX interactivity.

The Outcome

Session length quadrupled from 2.1 to 8.4 minutes. Return visitors increased 4x. Teachers report students voluntarily practicing geography—previously unheard of.

Our Solution

Three-minute constraint respects attention spans. Asymmetric input design (award-winning) removes friction from quiz responses. Aurora gradients and micro-animations create premium feel. No ads, no paywalls—trust-first approach.

The Outcome

Grew to 2,400+ daily active users organically. Average streak is 12 days—remarkable for youth engagement. Parents report kids choosing Smart Blink over social media. Featured in Norwegian education publications.
